It Started with A Kiss by Miranda Dickinson

***** 5 stars
LOVED IT! I haven't read a Dickinson book in a while, shame on me. I had forgotten how much fun it was to escape into one of her books. I have to say it's been a while since I have read her previous, which I went back through and read my blogs of and I still think this one may be one of my favorite ones by her. What a wonderful fun read. There are many twists and turns throughout and the story and I absolutely loved the characters. If you want an excellent read, this is a must on your list :)

Sealed with a Christmas Kiss by Rachael Lucas

*****5 star
This was a short story, but a great follow up to Sealed with A Kiss. It gave us a chance to see more of some of the characters I adored. I am putting these in my favorite pile to be able to go back and read.

Book Jacket Summary:
Kate has taken to life on the remote Scottish island of Auchenmor like a seal to water: she's given a new lease of life to the Laird's estate in her day job; she's befriended the once-nosy locals; and even young Laird Roddy is not quite so grumpy these days.

Better still, Kate has just had her best idea yet: they'll turn the castle into the most gorgeous wedding venue in Scotland. The pressure's on as the first wedding is booked in for Christmas Eve - just weeks away. But with a mismatched bride and groom, a hysterical PR on her case, her own relationship woes and a huge storm blowing in, can Kate pull it off in time?

Sealed With A Kiss by Rachael Lucas

*****5 stars
Great book and excellent escape. I read this as I had seen the follow up e-book Sealed with A Christmas Kiss and thought it perfect read for the holidays. I was instantly hooked with the characters and loved this book. I hope we see more of the characters in Lucas's future books :)

Book Jacket Summary:
Kate is dumped on her best friend's wedding day by the world's most boring boyfriend, Ian. She's mostly cross because he got in first - until she remembers she's now homeless as well as jobless. Rather than move back home to her ultra-bossy mother, Kate takes a job on the remote Scottish island of Auchenmor as an all-round Girl Friday. Her first day is pretty much a disaster: she falls over, smack bang at the feet of her grouchy new boss, Roddy, Laird of the Island. Unimpressed with her townie ways, he makes it clear she's got a lot to prove.

Island life has no room for secrets, but prickly Roddy's keeping something to himself. When his demanding ex girlfriend appears back on the island, Kate's budding friendship with her new boss comes to an abrupt end. What is Fiona planning - and can she be stopped before it's too late?

The Magic of Christmas by Trisha Ashley

***3 stars
I love Trisha Ashley's books, with that being said, this wasn't in my top choices if you ask "what book should I read by Trisha Ashley?" I found it a bit dragging in places. I liked the characters and plot, I think it just fell a bit flat for me. Sorry. I do look forward to future reads by this author, as even her 3 stars are better than most ;)

A Place for Us by Harriet Evans

****4 stars
I am not going to break this down by part, if I am being honest, I truly was frustrated with the way this book was released. I went ahead and downloaded each book as it was released but waited til all of them had come out before reading it. I have no issues paying good money for a great book, and this book was great. I just hated being dinged four times and then having to wait. I understand that the authors are now doing short stories or novellas, and we choose as readers to purchase there (which I do) but the way this book was released just left me baffled. I am hoping this doesn't become the new norm.
ok, about this book.
I loved A Place For Us. It was deep, wonderful, and intricately woven. I truly loved the characters and their many flaws, but adored the way each played into the entire story. This was a great emotional read.

Winter Wonderland by Belinda Jones

**** 4 stars
I had put off reading this seeing as though it got mixed reviews. I am a huge Jones fan, so to get myself into the upcoming spirit I decided to go ahead and read. I will say that this isn't one of my favorite books by Jones, but I still found it a solid great read. I think many people felt the book is too descriptive and a large portion of the book is a very detailed description of Quebec. I think I loved this book because my family is from upstate New York and it felt like a piece of home with a magical touch. Definitely do not pass up. Even with mixed reviews and lots of details, it's still a Belinda Jones book so you will adore it :)

Book Jacket Summary:
Imagine waking up in a snow globe. . .
That's how travel journalist Krista feels when she arrives in magical Quebec to report on Canada's glittering Winter Carnival.

The Hunger Games Trilogy by Suzanne Collins

The Hunger Games
***** 5 stars
I have out off reading this and had watched the first two movies, so figured I wouldn't read the book. When I realized the third movie was to be broke into two parts, I decided I had to read or I would be frustrated not knowing the end.
I loved this book and was surprised to see how well the movie depicted the book. Its not often the two are so similar. I chewed through this quickly and found myself eager to keep pressing on.

Book Jacket Summary:
In the ruins of a place once known as North America lies the nation of Panem, a shining Capitol surrounded by twelve outlying districts. The Capitol is harsh and cruel and keeps the districts in line by forcing them all to send one boy and one girl between the ages of twelve and eighteen to participate in the annual Hunger Games, a fight to the death on live TV. Sixteen-year-old Katniss Everdeen, who lives alone with her mother and younger sister, regards it as a death sentence when she is forced to represent her district in the Games. But Katniss has been close to dead and survival, for her, is second nature. Without really meaning to, she becomes a contender. But if she is to win, she will have to start making choices that weigh survival against humanity and life against love.

Catching Fire
***** 5 stars
I think that the second book in this series was strong and as good if not better. I was glued to it and couldn't get anything else done til I had wrapped this trilogy up.

Book Jacket Summary:
Against all odds, Katniss Everdeen has won the annual Hunger Games with fellow district tribute Peeta Mellark. But it was a victory won by defiance of the Capitol and their harsh rules. Katniss and Peeta should be happy. After all, they have just won for themselves and their families a life of safety and plenty. But there are rumors of rebellion among the subjects, and Katniss and Peeta, to their horror, are the faces of that rebellion. The Capitol is angry. The Capitol wants revenge.

I am looking forward to her next release in November of "It's not me, it's you", I've already per-ordered on my kindle :)

Love Love Loved this book. Totally fell in love with this book and was sorry to see it end. You obviously get a sense of what direction the author is going, but with that being said enjoyed each moment of knowing. I haven't read but one other Sue Moorcroft book and now see the error of my ways. If you love to fall in love or be a spectator, you will enjoy each page of this book...I may have to read again, which you don't see me say often :P

This business proposal should come with one hundred broken heart warnings...
One hundred proposals, one hundred chances to say yes.

The Story of You by Katy Regan

****4 stars
This was a great book. One of my favorite parts of this book, other than the content would be the great suspense. This book begins and you are given glimpses of the past. Because the main character doesn't fully tell the whole story until much later you are left assuming and wondering the true nature of the past and how it brought her to this point in life, having the reactions to life she has. I know that sounds all stealthy as well, but I don't for one minute to give the game away....Just read it ;)

Book Jacket Summary:
Your past will always be part of you, but does it have to define your future? Or can you rewrite your story?
I want to explain it all to you. How this happened. How that summer – the summer I was 16 – made me the person I am today.
I want to share my memories with you: the happy memories are like sunbursts, sparkling on the sea. But then, like a current dragging me under, there's that summer of 1997.
The summer my life exploded.
The summer I had to grow up.
The summer you came into my life.
And so this is the story of you.

New Orleans Series by Lisa Jackson

****4 stars
So this summer I wanted to shake things up a bit and read outside my normal genre. I have a friend who adores Lisa Jackson books and said that the "New Orleans Series" would be right up my alley. I was skeptical but she was right. They were great. I chewed through these books all through the month of July, so when you didn't see posts from me, now you know why. Instead Of reviewing each book, I am going to review them as a whole. Along with a star so you can see my favorites. I do want to say though that you should really read them all, not that you will be too terribly lost if you don't but I think that gives you the full effect for each book. Also, I would like to say that I downloaded this series to my Kindle where they had the entire series as a collection, unfortunately they did not put them in order on your kindle, so be sure you are starting with the first book.

The Fear Is Real
Abby Chastain left New Orleans long ago and for good reason. Now she's back where she feels watched, as if the devil himself is scraping a fingernail along her spine. The Truth Is Deadly
As more bodies are found in gruesome, staged scenarios, Montoya and Abby are in a desperate race to stop a killer whose terrifying crimes are bringing them ever nearer to a shocking revelation. Opening his eyes in the hospital room where he’s recovering from an accident, New Orleans detective Rick Bentz sees her standing in the doorway. Then Jennifer blows him a kiss and disappears. But it couldn’t have been Jennifer. She died twelve years ago...

He’s never doubted it – until now. He can’t tell his new wife, Olivia, about the sightings or his secret fear that he’s losing his mind. But Olivia is also hiding a secret...

Devious
****4 stars
The crime scene at St. Marguerite’s cathedral in New Orleans is shocking, even to seasoned detectives like Rick Bentz and Reuben Montoya. A novice nun named Sister Camille has been found dressed in a yellowed bridal gown and viciously garroted, her body covered with an altar cloth. Valerie Houston is devastated by her sister’s death. For weeks, she’d begged Camille to leave St. Marguerite’s, where she seemed determined to live as some kind of martyr. But Camille had a knack for making bad choices — she joined the convent in part because she’d fallen for Val’s soon-to-be ex-husband, Slade. Convinced the police aren’t doing enough, Val begins to investigate. Slade, on a mission to repair their marriage, is determined to help her. But the deeper Val’s inquiries go, the more twisted the case becomes. St. Marguerite’s is far from the tranquil retreat many believe, and everyone, from handsome Father Frank O’Toole to the mysterious Mother Superior, has their own agenda. Despite their closeness, even Camille had a hidden life Val never suspected. But someone knew about Camille’s past — and Val’s, too. Now she has no choice but to catch a devious, depraved killer intent on purging St. Marguerite’s of all its sins — before she becomes the next victim…

What a great book! This book had everything as a reader I loved. The characters were great, it held a bit of suspense, and it wasn't predictable. I will be passing this one along to my friends and I am sure talking about as well. Can't wait to read another one of Robinson's books, hope it is endearing as this one.

This is a sequel to "About A Girl". I love Lindsey Kelks series and hope that this will be a new one. In this book, we are seeing Tess Brookes pick up the pieces from "About A Girl", although Tess seems to always hit snafus and end up with a mess of issues. Great book, great characters. Loved it!

Book Jacket Summary:
Being arrested in your own bedroom is never a good start to the day. Tess Brookes really needs to sort out her back-stabbing flatmate – and her life.
Should she gamble all on the new photography job she’s landed, or snap up the offer from long-time crush and best friend Charlie to start up on their own – in more ways than one? There’s just one small thing she hasn’t mentioned. Or rather, one tall thing. He’s handsome, infuriating and called Nick…
For the first time, Tess has to choose between the life she always dreamed of and a future she never imagined possible. From London to Milan, with high fashion and low behaviour thrown in, she’s going to have to make up her mind what a girl really wants…

The Best Thing That Never Happened To Me by Laura Tait & Jimmy Rice

**** 4 stars
I loved this book and couldn't seem to put it down. I loved the characters and the small changes that Holly made throughout the book to find the person she once was and start enjoying life and living it. I don't want to ruin any of the plot, but would like to say, I was completely surprised by the ending.
I will have to lookout for more book by these authors and hope that they join together again for a sequel to this book :)

Book Jacket Summary:
Everyone remembers their first love.
Holly certainly remembers Alex. But she decided ten years ago that love wasn't about mix tapes and seizing the moment - though she's not exactly sure it's about secret dates with your boss, either.
But what if the feelings never really went away?
Alex wants to make every moment of his new job count. It's a fresh start in a big city, and he's almost certain that moving to London has nothing to do with Holly. Almost.
How do you know if it was meant to be. or never meant to happen at all?

OMG Baby! Emma Garcia

**** 4 stars
This is a follow-up book from "Never Google Heartbreak". I really enjoyed the Viv and Max, in the first book, so was excited to see what was going on with them. This was a great sequel. Look forward to reading more from this author.

Book Jacket Summary:
This ISN'T a book about babies. It's not about sleepless nights, nappies or nurseries. It IS about two people, one unexpected pregnancy and a question . . .
Viv and Max were best friends for years, then they were lovers and then it all went wrong.
Now finally they are to be reunited. Viv feels sick. Not just with nerves at seeing Max again, but because there's a small chance she might . . . quite possibly . . . most definitely . . . be pregnant.
It's thrilling. But also terrifying. Most of the time they can hardly look after themselves, let alone a baby.
And then Viv's estranged mother reappears on the scene and they all end up sharing a bedsit . . . and hell breaks loose.
HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY GOING TO COPE?

The Traveling Tea Shop by Belinda Jones

***** 5 stars
I know that I have said this before but I am a huge Belinda Jones fan. This is her most recent book and it was definitely all that I had hoped it would be. It had great characters, many wonderful locations described so well you want to visit them yourself, and my favorite part....cake! This is a must read whether you have read a Jones book before or if not. It will not disappoint.

Book Jacket Summary:
A deliciously funny and delicately moving novel perfect for anyone with an appetite for baked goods and sweet romance.

The Unpredictable Consequences of Love by Jill Mansell

****4 stars
I know that I have said this before but I adore Jill Mansell books, you are always able to sink your teeth into them immediately. This book was another great read by this author, it has a wonderful plot with lots of twists and turns throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed.

Book Jacket Summary:

When Josh arrives in St Carys to run the family hotel, he can't understand why Sophie has zero interest in letting any man into her life. He also can't understand how he's been duped into employing Sophie's impulsive friend Tula, whose crush on him is decidedly unrequited.

St Carys has more than its fair share of characters, including the charming but utterly feckless surfer Riley Bryant, who has a massive crush on Tula. Riley's aunt is superstar author Marguerite Marshall. And Marguerite has designs on Josh's grandfather...who in turn still adores his glamorous ex-wife, Dot...

Just how many secrets can one seaside town keep?

The Best Thing I Never Had by Erin Lawless

***** 5 stars
Wonderful read! You will find yourself pulled in immediately and won't want to put it down. I even found myself frustrated at time with certain characters, that's how sucked in you get. lol. A must read.

Book Jacket Summary:
Five years ago at university they had been seven friends that laughed hard and loved harder.

Nicky and Miles were the couple that were always meant to be… Leigha and Adam, not so much…

So when Adam and Harriet grew close during endless days in the library, they did the one thing that changed everything – they kept a secret. And when it came out, it all fell apart.

When the day comes for bridesmaids to be chosen and best men to fulfil drunken promises, Nicky and Miles’ wedding isn’t just a wedding, it’s a reunion – loaded with past hurts, past regrets, past loves…

The Best Thing I Never Had is in turns funny and sad, but always honest, about friendship in all its forms and the practicality of second chances.

If you fell in love with Mhairi McFarlane’s You Had Me at Hello and David Nicholls’ One Day, then this stunning debut book is for you.

Finding Mr Rochester by Trisha Ashley

**** 4 stars
This was a great short story by Trisha Ashley, one of the authors I am always on the lookout for. It was a sweet story with ties about Bronte and Jane Erye. If you need a quick escape this is sure to be your solution :)

Book Jacket Summary:
Budding author and die-hard Bronte fan Eleri Groves decides to escape from her disastrous love life to a remote farm cottage in Yorkshire.

The Time of Our Lives by Jane Costello

**** 4 stars
I truly enjoy many of the books I have read by Costello and this was no different. I loved the characters and although so much was thrown at the main character, Imogen, you can't help but want to see everything unravel. I also liked the supporting characters, and found myself really liking Meredith and her out spoken ways. I think this is one of my favorite by this author. I can't wait til her next release.

Book Jacket Summary:
Three best friends. One five-star hotel. Will it be the holiday of a lifetime . . .?
Imogen and her friends Meredith and Nicola have had their fill of budget holidays, cattle-class flights and 6 a.m. offensives for a space by the pool.
So when Meredith wins a VIP holiday at Barcelona's hippest new hotel, they plan to sip champagne with the jet set, party with the glitterati and switch off in unapologetic luxury.
But when the worst crisis of her working life erupts back home, Imogen has to juggle her BlackBerry with a Manhattan, while soothing a hysterical boss and hunting down an AWOL assistant.
Between a robbery, a run-in with hotel security staff and an encounter on a nudist beach that they'd all rather forget, the friends stumble from one disaster to the next. At least Imogen has a distraction in the form of the gorgeous guy who's always in the right place at the very worst time. Until, that is, his motives start to arouse a few suspicions . . .

The Wedding Countdown by Ruth Saberton

**** 4 stars
I really liked this book. When I read the description I thought it sounded like something new, so I gave it a shot. I noticed that Saberton had help from Sofia Latif, I am already a fan of Saberton;s so it was nice to see something different. I truly loved the characters and the whole story. I am not as familiar with the Pakistan heritage and lifestyle and felt I came away with a bit of an understanding. No matter the ethnicity the dating story is the same, expectations and all. I would definitely pass this onto a friend and hope if you are reading this, that you pick it up, as it's a great read. Can't wait for another Ruth Saberton book.

Book Jacket Summary:
Parents may think they know best, but sometimes daughters know better…
Mills Ali has her dream job writing for a magazine and a social life busier than the London rush hour. Everything's good except for the husband sized shadow looming on the horizon. With a year’s countdown to her arranged marriage, Mills is on a mission to choose her own husband. Just how hard can it be? She's bound to find her soul mate.
But is he closer than she thinks? Or do her parents know best after all?

Never Google Heartbreak by Emma Garcia

**** 4 stars
Really liked this book. I haven't read anything by Garcia but the description was so interesting I decided I wanted to give it a try. It was funny, and not always in the laugh out loud form. There were times where I found myself cringing and trying to hide along with Viv. I really enjoyed liked the secondary friends but would have liked to see a bit more of their story. Look forward to seeing what else this author has out to read. :)

Book Jacket Summary:
When her fiancà Rob breaks off their engagement for the third time, Viv does what any girl would do - she Googles heartbreak. Confronted by tales of misery, she decides to set-up her own self-help website for the broken-hearted. But as Viv passes through the three essential stages of grief (denial, vodka, disastrous haircut), she becomes determined that it's not too late to try and get Rob back. When things get out of hand after a drunken declaration of love at an extremely inappropriate moment, Viv's scruffy, tequila-swilling best friend Max is there to pick up the pieces. Viv starts to realise that maybe the real thing has been under her nose all this time, and now - one ex and a massive error of judgement later - she has to face the question: What's the craziest thing you'll do for love? Readers of Lindsey Kelk, Sophie Kinsella and Paige Toon won't be able to put this down. Never has heartbreak been so hilarious...

When You Walked Back Into My Life by Hilary Boyd

***3 stars
This was an enjoyable read but at times I found myself completely frustrated. I wanted to pep talk the main character. I loved the dynamic between Flora and Dorthea and would have liked to seen some more of the secondary characters have more of a story.

Book Jacket Summary:
For eight years Flora and Fin had an exciting, fun relationship, but when Flora wanted to settle down and have children, Fin decided he wanted to move on.
Flora healed her broken heart and resigned herself to being alone, convincing herself that a quiet life is enough.
Until Fin reappears.
Back in her life once more, they pick up where they left off – his betrayal forgotten, or at least forgiven. But has Fin really changed? Can he give Flora the love that she’s given up searching for?

A Gift to Remember by Melissa Hill

*** 3 stars
I have read many of Melissa Hill's books. This one I just didn't connect with. It had great characters, but would have liked to see more happen with them. I liked the main character, Darcy. Its nice to see the main character, not be racked in designer clothing and look ordinary. Overall a enjoyable read and if you are already a Hill fan I am sure you will enjoy. :)

Book Jacket Summary:
Darcy Archer works in a small bookstore in Manhattan. A daydream believer, she refuses to settle for anything less than being swept off her feet by the perfect man… literally.
One day, when cycling to work, Darcy accidentally crashes into a sharply dressed gentleman walking his dog. He is knocked out cold, rushed to hospital and the poor pup gets left behind.
Wracked with guilt, Darcy takes the dog and makes plans to reunite him with owner, Aidan. As she discovers the mysterious stranger's world of books, travel, adventure and all the wonderful things she's ever dreamt about, Darcy builds a picture of this man and wonders if he could be THE ONE…
But does fantasy match reality? What happens when Prince Charming wakes up? Will Aidan be the happy ever after she's always imagined?

The Perfect Match by Katie Fforde

**** 4 stars
I am a huge Katie Fforde fan. I have read all her books, and some I have reread. This isn't one of my top favorites, but was still a great read. I didn't feel the depth that I usually feel with her characters. I also adored her supporting character Alice. I found myself pulled more towards her story than relating to Bella. Still a great read, just not my fav :)

Book Jacket Summary:
Three years ago Bella Castle left her home town nursing a broken heart over Dominic Thane, the man she fell in love with but couldn't have .
Now she's made a new life for herself in the country, working as an estate agent.
Bella loves her job and she loves her boyfriend Nevil. But recently he's been preoccupied, and she's starting to question if his future hopes and dreams are a perfect match for hers.

Keep Calm and Carry a Big Drink (There's Cake in My Future) by Kim Gruenenfelder

***** 5 stars
This is a follow-up book from There's Cake in My Future, which I simply loved. I didn't realize this had been released and was very eager to start as soon as I downloaded it to my Kindle. I had high hopes for this as the previous was a great read, I definitely was not disappointed. I loved the characters and it was great to see where a year had taken them. I think my only complaint was the ending was a bit short but there was a great epilogue at the end, which I was more than happy to see. I truly hope to see more by this character, as her books always seem to pull me in quickly and enjoy :)
Please be sure if you haven't read "There's Cake in My Future" that you take the time before picking this one up. You won't be disappointed.

Book Jacket Summary:
It's been almost a year since Mel, Nic and Seema pulled their magical charms out of the cake at Nic's bridal shower and most of their happily-ever-afters seemingly came true. Seema is about to marry Scott in an elaborate three-day affair. Nic is glowingly pregnant. And Mel... well, Mel feels as if she accidentally veered off the rails of her life at some point and isn't sure how to get back on. She recently became single again, she's been threatened with a layoff from her teaching job, and she has to find her own place now that Scott is moving in with her roommate, Seema.
Nic thinks Mel just needs a new cake charm to bring her good luck. . . and decides to rig the cake pull at Seema's bridal shower. Desperate for travel, Mel asks for the passport charm. But, once again, the cake proves to have a mind of its own, and she pulls a charm she doesn't want, and can not use. Rather than be bound by the charm's prophecy, Mel realizes she, and she alone, is responsible for her destiny. A spur of the moment decision takes her to Paris and then Maui, where she finds herself on an adventure that she never could have imagined, experiencing the trials and tribulations of a life suddenly and perfectly unplanned. And, along the way, she begins to learn that, however nonsensical it may seem, the cake is never wrong...

It Felt Like A Kiss by Sarra Manning

**** 4 stars
Great Book! It has been a while since I have read a Sarra Manning book. I really loved the characters in this book, even the eccentric mom. I truly loved the idea of this book, with paparazzi, like we don't all pick up our US magazines or People to see whats happening with the celebrities;) , which made this a fun read. I can't wait to find another one of her books and dig in :)

Book Jacket Summary:
Ellie Cohen is living her dream. A great job at an exclusive Mayfair art gallery, loyal mates, loving family, and really, really good hair. Well, there's the famous rock-star father who refuses to acknowledge her and a succession of 'challenging' boyfriends, but nobody's perfect.
But when a vengeful ex sells Ellie out to the press, she suddenly finds herself fighting to keep her job, her reputation and her sanity. Then David Gold - handsome, charming but ruthlessly ambitious - is sent in to manage the media crisis . . . and Ellie.

I am sure that if you have read any of my previous blogs, you would know that I love Evan's books, so I was excited to see this novella come out to hold us over til her next book. This was a follow-up on "A Hopeless Romantic", which let us see how Lara and Nick are making things work. If you haven't read "A Hopeless Romantic", don't spoil it by picking this to read first. Read them in sequence to get the full impact :)

Welcome To Rosie Hopkins' Sweetshop Of Dreams by Jenny Colgan

***** 5 stars
I have read a few of Colgan's books in the past and loved the title and cover of this book so I decided to give it a shot. Loved it. It reminded me alot of Katie Fforde book, more depth to it. I truly loved the characters, and was happy to see when I finished there was a follow-up book to sink my teeth into.

Johnny's Girl By Paige Toon

*****5 stars
I started my first read of Paige Toon's book with "Johnny Be Good". I loved seeing what was going on with Meg and Johnny, so I was very excited to see an ebook/novella. I enjoyed the story and was sorry to see it end so quickly, but know that Toon has several releases this year to look forward to. If you have read the series, be sure to read this ebook as it gives a great update, and if you haven't pick up Toon's earlier books and get to work, I promise you won't regret it :)

*****5 stars
After reading "You Had Me At Hello", I had this book pre-ordered on my Kindle to be sure it was on my list of next to read. I thoroughly enjoyed "You Had Me At Hello" and found "Here's Looking At You" just as good. I adored the characters and found myself laughing as well as tearing up. I was sad this book had to end but will be sure to watch out for McFarlane's next book.

Cupcakes at Carrington's by Alexandra Brown

**2 stars
I saw this began a series and decided that I would read as I love series books. It took me a while to truly get into the book. I really loved Eddie as a character, however found the main character Georgie all over the place. I haven't had a chance to read the follow-up I was looking forward to reading "Christmas at Carrigan's". But will eventually :)

Perfect for fans of Meet Me in the Cupcake Cafe and Breakfast at Darcy’s.
